Beautiful Wind Photo Effect in adobe

In this tut i will show you the blowing wind speed photo effect like that see before after picture below.

1. Duplicate the background layer apply the filter wind so going in the Filter>> Stylize >> Wind select wind from the right that's it all.

2. Finally remove the wind effect duplicated layer only the face of the bowler shoaib akhtar .

Here is the final photo.
